THE Save our SABC (SOS) civil society coalition called on Friday for the nomination process for four new SABC board members to be delayed until steps are taken to address problems at the broadcaster.

This tempered call follows a dispute between members of the SOS over a decision by its working group to boycott the nomination process for the four new board members in protest against the government’s failure to address endemic problems at the broadcaster.
