The submissions and demands by six article 12 Policy Working Group ambassadors, or Web Rangers, aged between 13 and 17, were made both on- and offline on behalf of South African children to improve their lives.
These ambassadors are trained in digital literacy and have a special interest in policy work. They engage in submissions and discussions related to information and communication technology policy, which ensure that their voices are heard and their opinions considered by policymakers and industry leaders.
